"I don't believe in luck, I believe in God" Folorunsho Alakija shares inspiring words and photos from her 65th birthday party

Nigeria's richest woman, Folorunsho Alakija marked her 65th birthday with a lavish party at Oriental Hotel, Lagos last month. She shared photos from the grand event along with an inspiring post.

"I tell you that God never fails to remind me of the covenant I made with him. The truth is that there is nothing you say that God does not hear. Whether it be a whisper or a thought. He hears. Be diligent in your walk with him and you shall eat the good of the land.
In everything you do, have a pure heart with good intentions towards those around you. I don't believe in luck, I believe in God and to him alone I give all the glory and adoration. So friends… this morning I declare that spiritually, physically and financially, you must move up. You too shall be celebrated in Jesus name.

'I’ve been used to spread messages I don’t believe in. I'm distancing myself from politics' - Kanye West makes dramatic U-Turn

Kanye West,  who has been heavily criticized for supporting   President Donald Trump , has now announced he's distancing himself from Politics while admitting he has been used to spread messages he doesn't believe in. The rapper made the shocking announcement on Twitter on Tuesday, and also revealed that he's now focusing on being creative. The announcement comes after the father of three debuted a line of apparel for the "Blexit" campaign that encouraged African-American voters to abandon the Democratic Party.  In one of the tweets today, Kanye denied any real connection to “Blexit” merchandise, saying :"I introduced Candace to the person who made the logo and they didn’t want their name on it so she used mine."
